I’ve been using the Workday app through my employer for over a year, and despite being very tech-savvy, the experience has been consistently frustrating. The initial registration was overly complicated. Once I got in, I was immediately confused by two different login options—there should be one simple way for employees to access their info. When I try to log in with my username and password, the screen just blinks and nothing happens. My info is always correct. My manager gave me a QR code that temporarily worked, but only through that one method. Now I’m back home, trying again, and the app is still blinking with no access. This issue has persisted for a year, and I know at least two others with the same problem. I expect apps on my iPhone to just work—this one absolutely doesn’t. Please fix it.

It would be great if it worked, but sadly it doesn’t. After a required update I am no longer able to get onto the app. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a tech support option for help.

Keeps making me log in after I click on. Keep me logged in. I have to always type in my password.

It could be an amazing app if the sign-up was a little bit more easier and customer service will be a little bit more helpful. I didn’t get any of that the company I work for uses this app and I have no words, but this app is trash. It needs to be lucky that I gave it one star

It’s freaking hard to reset the password according the procedures it sends a temporary code we never received

No face id option for biberk employee. It’s very painful to re-enter password every time log in.

doesnt save login information. you need to make a new password every login session. its 2025. shouldnt need to do this for security purposes. and when looking atva PDF file we cant type or interact with the iphone menu to send or airdrop

Some times it seems like a chore for simple task

Hi there is a problem with this app when I follow the ADP Link and try to edit my tax withholding it doesn’t load the screen. It’s stuck like half way inside and doesn’t load. It’s really making me angry.

Not user friendly. Extremely HARD to find company information. Company afraid to share information.

Maybe the software engineer should try putting the application on a iPhone and try using it on a daily basis. It is clonkey and the buttons are placed too close to the edges of the screen.

This app is ridiculous, it always glitching it doesn’t let you stay signed on you have to sign in every time you want to go to clock in or out for the day or lunch. But it’s so bad that I have to clock in and triple check because this thing will not save your punches at times. I also hate the fact that you have to press “OK” after hitting the punch button you still have to press “ok” again god forbid you forget to hit that second “ok” also. Some of us have been told that we will get in trouble if it persists but the app is an absolute horror show.

User friendly is not the way to describe this app. We lost the auto fill for the entire week while putting in our time.

I need to access my w2 to do taxes, app just says admin restricted, I love how my work tells me to get my tax documents from this company and then restricts my access so I can’t use it unless I am at work.

devastated by the number of 5 star reviews. this app is a tool used to extract the maximum utility from your labor for none of your benefit. your behavior is being actively policed by literal psychopaths who are immune to the feelings of guilt normal people experience. but i suppose some of you are masochists who enjoy being owned by billionaires. eat the slop!

App does not work. When logging in, I get hit with a “I am not a robot” question. Repeatedly clicking the box and submitting, it doesn’t nothing. Fix it!

Workday is easy to use but every now and then it kicks me out for no reason

This app is the worse. Every 6 months it forces you to change your password and almost each time some nightmare with signin happens. They send you an email to verify, yet they tell you to not leave the app. Well then do a text! I’m having now after the PW change is it telling me workday doesn’t have an email for my account, yet it sent me a link to change my password!! Then there is absolutely no way for you to contact them except through for company, which is fine if they bother to follow through. This app has been a complete nightmare since my company switched to it.

This app is so slow and glitchy, it’s basically unusable. It’s always cheating me on time worked as well.

Easy to use on the fly my only issues is that it continues to log me out almost every time even working the same day having to input all of my credentials, and after it saying to show less of the login to try and keep me logged in does not work

The most used apps section does not display my most used apps, it displays apps that I almost never use, and they never change/update either. There’s no way to contact someone in the app for app support; you can only submit cases having to do with your employment. The helper bot is really unhelpful. I’m resorting to leaving a review here because I have no idea how to contact support for app issues.

About every month it will not let me do the face enable. So then I have to go to the email addresses select the right one enter the password. Then it makes me do authorization as if I haven’t been using the same phone for eight years

Straight to the point everyone I work with hates your 3 month change your password security at lifetime montvale, or get logged out and call IT, reset your password. Probably a good selling point to employers for security purposes but it doesn’t play well with the employee. I can think of a better way. But the average lifetime worker, or one who has been there 7 years like me… I am truly running out of passwords to create with my 38 year old brain that include a special character.. That’s All my cents.

Complete waste of time. It’s about time for this development team to continue developing the efficiency of this app. It frequently crashes while trying to complete modules remotely. I hope my hospital hates it as much as its employees and dumps it.

This app is horrible. It remembers you from your previous employer and if you need to change it and/or correct it to the new employer to sign in, it does not let you change. I had to uninstall and not use as it continued to remember my old employer.

i use this app for work, its very helpful to see how much my checks are so i can budget properly

There are many problems in submitting vacations, the program does not work.

I love the concept of everything I need for day to day management being at my fingertips. The issue is with expenses. When I try to attach a photo of a receipt or something from my photos the app freezes and I have to restart. You have to send the picture to an email to upload from a desktop specifically for screenshots.

I literally dislike it because it’s constantly giving me trouble with the option of sick and vacation are not available and I have to go in the computer and request it. Please fix this issue for me

Forcing me to change my password due to an "Expired password" When my old password is perfectly okay. You guys should be ashamed of making such a dreadful app.
